Behavior Based Safety

Behavior Based Safety is a method to use positive reinforcement to change unsafe behavior. The system analyzes tasks and hazards to identify correct behaviors and analyzes behaviors based on job observations. It also uses feedback on safety performance as reinforcement. The system should be employee-based for continuous improvement.  Topics covered include:
