SafeZone clerks / logistic coordinators can assist in various activities on your facility including: daily reporting, maintaining POB reports, communicating logistics between vessels and dispatchers, providing facility orientation for all new personnel on board, tracking daily cost and verifying accuracy with paperwork, tickets, and more. SafeZone clerks can also act as the HLO (helicopter landing officer) at your facility meeting with all helicopters. Allowing our professional personnel to expedite these duties will free facility supervisors from the heavy paperwork and allow for more attention to operations.
